Guided Meditation

Great for any beginner having trouble with “no-thought”

If you have a wandering mind, guided meditation will help you focus your thoughts on a specific goal. A voice trained in pitch & speed & tone is able to guide you, through pretty visualizations that help induce a theta state (see info on brain), open you to divine intervention & help you work through issues by using creative visualization.  

Note:  when you have the exact same thought 5 – 11 times in succession, a new thought pattern develops. That’s how repetitive thoughts become obsessive. Just as you may have trained your brain to think negatively or obsessively about a thing…be it your relationship with money, love, authority—whatever your “drama” it can be reprogrammed into a more productive thought process….guided meditation is a great tool for this, as is hypnosis & NLP and many other thought therapies. All these techniques are also magical tools in manifesting. 

Visualization Tools

 Affirmations- positive statements said in the present tense.  If your current thought is “I wish I had a job that paid $30, 000 a year” your affirmation would be “thank you universe/god/whatever for the $30, 000 a year job that is now mine”

 

A MEDITATION TIP

Your brain is most receptive 15 minutes before you fall asleep & 15 minutes after you first stir awake.  Knowing this, it would be most effective to practice your meditations as you fall asleep & wake up.  Many guided meditations are full of positive affirmations that help you visualize the life of your dreams.  I suggest having the cd player by your bed and setting your alarm 20 minutes ahead of time ….as soon as the alarm goes off, press play and follow the voice.  You will see results change in your life quickly.  Results are most effective with repeated use.

This is where guided meditation is a miracle! You sit back and follow the beautiful imagery, soft voice, the positive thoughts and emotions they evoke.

This is how www.thinkingbliss.com was inspired. I designed meditations inspired by the issues I've seen the majority of my clients struggle with. I began sharing them with my clients in private sessions with miraculous results! Always, after facilitating a session, I’d be asked to record my sessions for my clients home use. At first I made poor quality home cassettes, but my commitment to quality demanded I do better.

I wanted my clients to have a great quality recording that they could use over and over. I wanted it to be intense and although it is issue specific, I wanted each meditation to be healing and transformative in several ways. I wanted to provide a 20-or-so minute sanctuary of transcendence on a molecular level that wasn’t just warm, fuzzy, verbal fodder - but a meditation that helped improve life in a practical way.

I struggled as a starving artist for many years, and with that in mind, I wanted to provide a way that was easy and affordable for people everywhere to benefit from these life-altering meditations. I also know that when one is in pain or distress, the help can’t come quick enough. Chasing down a CD at stores or paying shipping and waiting for delivery can seem a daunting thought.
