Meditation

Although meditation is mostly a spiritual practice, it’s really a physical exercise, measurable by science.  The idea is to slow down brain waves to a receptive state. 

The ultimate goal as a meditator is to slow your brain waves down enough to receive transcendental experience, spontaneous healing etc.  Psychics call this “the violet flame”…there is no way to describe this no space-time experience.  Some call it Nirvana, ecstasy, or a state of grace. This state is produced most easily when you are meditating in the truest form…in silence…no mind. This is to literally just sit in silence & have NO THOUGHT or distraction, a very disciplined practice that requires much patience. 

In the meantime, there are other practices available that can “train your mind” for the “violet flame” experiences.

These other forms of meditating can NEVER replace the no-space Nirvana…but can help you get there and offer the salve of INSTANT gratification through the illuminations and healings they facilitate.
